I believe we become better with each challenge we have in our professional life. And even after 11 years of being an entrepreneur I believe in the power of learning and having a great team to fly along with you.

My first business activity was in accounting and it made very responsible with budgets, helping me understand the ingredients that make profitable business but same time be aware of the importance of having happy coworkers and clients. Even when working in accounting, I had a special interest for people and that made move a step forward towards entrepreneurship, in 1999, when alongside Sunil Premrag, we created our first employment entrepreneurial business. I still remember that day, I was full of energy, daring and extremely curious when we started our first business. And I believe I have the same passion and remain as energetic, inquisitive and daring when starting each new business.

My passion for caring about the people is always a plus that keeps me on my toes and same time makes me find innovative, agile and ingenious solutions that big companies cannot bring to the table.
Now, 15 years after having my first step into entrepreneurship with a recruitment business, I am a shareholder in 11 companies that cover these fields:

It is impossible to start an entrepreneurship business without taking risks. I would not be a shareholder in over 11 companies if I had not taken risks. I couldn’t tell you which was the riskiest – there have been so many what you may call crazy investments, where my gut said, yes. My favourite bit of advice to give to people is to BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES and NEVER GIVE UP! Sometimes a failure is a better lesson than a success. But is important to don’t beat yourself up if you fail – just pick yourself about, learn as much as you can from the experience and get on with the next challenge and fly until you reached your career.
